1. Subscription Billing & Cancellation
All subscriptions to College Sportslytics are billed on an annual recurring basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current annual billing period, allowing you full access to the platform’s features. You will not be charged again, and your subscription will not renew for the following year.
2. No-Refund Policy
Because we offer a comprehensive free demo to allow prospective subscribers to fully evaluate the platform’s capabilities, analytics, and features prior to purchasing, all sales are final.

Annual Subscriptions: Once an annual subscription is processed, it is non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where strictly required by applicable local law.

Early Cancellation: We do not offer prorated refunds or credits for cancellations made mid-way through an active annual billing cycle.
3. Technical Issues
If you experience a persistent technical defect that prevents you from accessing the platform’s core features as described, please contact our support team immediately. We will work diligently to resolve the issue. If a core platform failure cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be issued at our sole discretion or in accordance with applicable consumer protection frameworks.
